Log Lock-Up - Bright

Park Street, BRIGHT VIC 3741 - Property No B0707

The log lock-up, Park Street, was erected c.1870 and was originally located within the police station precinct. It is constructed of rough hewn logs, each approximately 30cm diameter, stacked 10 high and crossed at the corners. The roof was originally clad in timber shingles.
